Quality has always been our formost concern, because we understand its importance for both the sausage manufacturer and us.


Every procedure has been taken to respond to the requirements of security,quality and hygiene.

Our own quality controllers check every lot of raw materials on microbiological parameters, presence of toxic elements, pesticides, antibiotics, to make sure that all the raw materials are free of any infectious disease!

During the production process, our workers process all the raw materials strictly according to the international standard on animal by-products hygienes.

All hanks of natural sausage casings are well calibred to ensure the filling of sausage meat.

All finished products are stocked in our refrigatory before their shipment.

 

 
 
Quality Control

For every outgoing shipment, we provide every client an Official Veterinary Inspection Certificate delivered by the Provincial Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau confirming that our natural casings are :

1) free of bovine spongyform encefalopathy (BSE) - according the Requirements of International Veterinary Code by the International Epizootic Bureau;

2) free of "hogs African plague" ("pestis africana suum"), "horses African plague", "camels plague" and "cattle's plague" - during the last 3 years;

3) free of FMD, sheep's and goat's pox - during the last 12 month;

4) free of anthrax - during the last 3 months;

5) free of foot & mouth disease.
